Our booking for our 2013 season is well underway! We have exceptional accommodations for the family wanting only the finest of Cape Cod vacations. Our off-season rates have been lowered! Friday to Friday off season weeks range from $2,999 for two guests ($500 each additional guest; over seven guests stay for free).  Our peak summer weeks are priced at $11,995. New! See our reduced rates for selected July weeks (sorry, sold out). We provide you with the finest location and views in East Orleans. All linens, towels, house cleaning and landscaping are prepared personally by us to provide you with a flawless vacation experience. Additional fees: $50 processing fee, $400/week cleaning fee, $1,000 damage/security deposit.

Our Saturday to Saturday weekly rates range from $1,200 for off season weeks to $2,600 for peak summer weeks. This unique East Orleans home is a favorite with families with children and retirement couples alike! These luxurious accommodations are just a short walk (1/2 mile) to Nauset Harbor Beach. All linens, towels, house cleaning and landscaping are prepared by ourselves to assure you of a flawless vacation experience. Additional fees: $50 processing fee, $750 damage security deposit.
