Let us introduce ourselves! We are the sole owners and operators of Briar Point Properties, a small and very exclusive husband and wife rental team. We rent our two homes located in highly desirable East Orleans, Massachusetts. 71 Briar Springs Road, known as “Briar Point” is a salt waterfront luxury estate with spectacular ocean and inlet views. It boasts a new, heated swimming pool. Our second home, 11 Freeman Lane, has all the quality features of Briar Point within walking distance from three saltwater landings.
