This exterior entertainment area is also accessed by the North master bedroom. Bonsia trimmed hedges and a Japanese garden frame the magnificent view.

The KITCHEN is completely new and totally fantastic! It’s a center for everyone to gather, enjoy each other and the Briar Point life style! Appliances are the best that Viking and Miele can provide. Solid cranberry brown granite countertops and backsplashes complement the cherry cabinetry perfectly. There’s even a full wet bar with instant hot water and its own ice maker tucked inconspicuously way. Overhead skylights provide a cheery atmosphere even on a rainy day. Luima provides you with a complete inventory of utensils, right down to the oyster knife and the quahog (co-hog) knife.

The DINING AREA ell off the kitchen has its own picture window framing that postcard-like view. A new, solid teak table seats twelve. A door to the outside gives to a large deck for dining, grilling, sunbathing, or just relaxing and taking in the view. For those who prefer shade, an electric awning with remote control is provided. This is the favorite spot in the house to relax with your favorite libation and watch the afternoon sun cast shadows over the tranquil waters of Pochet Inlet.

The North end of the house has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bath, a garden view bedroom with two twin beds, and an ocean-view bedroom with a queen sized bed.

The South end of the house has its own master bedroom suite (voted the best view in the house) and a newly tiled bath. Of course, it sports a king sized bed. This cozy room also features the “kids’ cubby”, a small nook with futon for two small ones and a door for privacy.

Next door is the fifth bedroom which has a bunk bed with full bed below and twin bed above. All bedrooms have many built-in, custom features such as vanities and desks. Master bedrooms have TV’s (150 channels). Oak flooring and designer wall papers grace every room.
